Responsibilities
YESCO Sign & Lighting Service is seeking a part-time employee to conduct nightly sign & lighting patrols Monday – Saturday. Night patroller will be responsible for driving a specific route to look for sign & lighting outages. Routes will include contact customers as well as leads for new customers. Specialists will be looking for sign and lighting outages in Houston and surrounding cities. Outage descriptions and photos will be submitted via Smartphone to our office.•Summertime hours: 8:00pm-12:00am•Wintertime hours: 6:00pm-12:00am
Requirements
Driver’s license and clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and valid auto insurance. Ability to work under minimal supervision. Experience with Smartphones. Familiarity with Houston and surrounding cities. Ability to work evening hours.
Compensation
$15.00/hour and Gas Compensation

Responsibilities
Responsible for executing repairs, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on, including but not limited to, indoor lighting systems, electrical systems, outdoor facility lighting, signs, parking lot lights, wall packs, and indoor and outdoor neon. Strong electrical troubleshooting background is highly recommended.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Capable of completing minor and major sign and lighting service
- Capable of repainting a sign in the
- Repair and replace plex/acrylic/polycarb faces in
- Knowledge of neon units and
- Knowledge of LED systems and how to troubleshoot
- Fluorescent lamp and ballast
- HID lighting troubleshooting, parking lot lights, exterior lighting, & wall Marginal Duties & Responsibilities

- Perform truck and equipment maintenance as
- Fill out reports, paperwork, and customer information as
- Performs other functions as necessary or as Education
- High school diploma or
- Minimum of two years of experience in electrical installation, maintenance and preventive
- Class B drivers license a
- Journeyman or Master Sign Electrician license a

Based upon salary plus commission. Expected performance achieves $45,000+.
