Responsibilities:

  • Drive an automobile around a predetermined route to survey the repair and service needs of sign and lighting components
  • Documents outages by taking pictures and notating other details per established procedures
  • Locates signs on an area map, determines sign and lighting outage and/or sign service issues location and address
  • Estimates size and characteristics of outage or service issue, and reports findings to supervisor.
  • Relays information to other interested departments, store managers, and/or ownersDetermines and plans best traveling routes to ensure the specified geographic area is fully surveyed and best time management is utilized
  • Maintains records and logbooks

Inside Sales Rep:

The Inside Sales Representative will use their charismatic attitude to further entice interested customers into purchasing our product, present the details of the product and related services, sealing the deal and creating a follow-up plan with newly signed customers to ensure the utmost transactional and relationship successes.

Responsibilities:

  • Sign & lighting knowledge is desirable but not required.
  • Strong understanding of contracts for new and existing clients, ability to effectively document all in and outbound calls with clients
  • Support Sales Team by developing and continuously improving effective verbal and written scripts when interacting with prospective clients and responding to client objections.
  • Consistently achieving daily goals
  • Follow up with potential clients systematically to answer questions and encourage them to close the deal.
  • Secures complete contracts from new customers, verifies data for accuracy and completeness, and submits contracts to the Sales Manager for review and processing.
  • Establishes a follow up plan for customers to ensure their satisfaction, respond to inquiries in a timely fashion, solicit additional sales and resolve any concerns that may arise.

Education:

  • Associate’s Degree in related field or Two years of experience in sales or related field

  • Ability to read, interpret, and apply specification documents, government coding document information, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
